Current Positions
Assessor/Estimator
The Estimator plays a critical role in winning and delivering building and construction projects across our insurance, restoration, NDIS, and Bentino Care streams.
This full-time position involves preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting property inspections, developing comprehensive scopes of work, and managing projects from estimate through to handover. You’ll liaise with trades, loss adjusters, and property owners, work across BAU and large loss claims, and contribute to CAT event responses when required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry with a construction focus, a current trade qualification, White Card, valid driver’s licence, and National Police Check. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Claims Administrator
The Claims Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth operation of Bentino’s claims management process and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
This full-time position is responsible for coordinating communication between clients, trades, and internal teams, managing documentation and client portals, and ensuring service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards. Day-to-day, you’ll handle inbound calls and correspondence, schedule estimators and project managers, assign trades for make-safe work, and act as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years’ experience in administration, client services, or insurance claims management. Experience in construction or insurance repair is highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A can-do attitude is a must, and a smiling face is always welcome in our friendly, high-performing team.
